I hereby declare that I have carefully read, understood and accepted the Impartiality & Confidentiality Policy of PureBiteSafe Certifications Pvt. Ltd. and I will adhere to the below-mentioned points which are necessary for the conduct of the effective and impartial audit. I will also strictly maintain the confidentiality of the information gained during the conduct of the audit.

I shall also disclose the necessary information (if any) in the future, necessary to maintain the impartiality and confidentiality of the audit activities. I also understand that failure to disclose the necessary information or providing false information shall lead to the cancellation of the audits done by me in the time period and termination of my contract/agreement with PBSCPL.

I undertake that I shall not –

• Have any direct relationships in terms of ownership, governance, management, personnel, shared resources (manpower, equipment, premises, etc), finances, contracts, marketing, branding, payment of a sales commission or other inducement for the referral of new clients, etc. with the Food Establishments (FEs) other than audit activities as a third-party conformity assessment body.
• Engage in the design and establishment of a Food Establishment; engage in the supply, purchase, installation and maintenance of equipment or services used in a Food Establishment and prohibit any kind of consultation or offering training.
• Have any relation with an entity (directly or indirectly) that is engaged in the design and establishment of a Food Establishment; engage in the supply, purchase, installation and maintenance of equipment or Services used in an Food Establishment including any kind of consultation or training.
• Conduct audit in the Food Establishment where my relatives/old colleagues/close friends are working.
• Accept offers by the Food Establishment for free food, stay, coupons etc.
• Induced by the threat or bribery or political pressure aroused by the client, Govt. Officers etc.
• Participate in the tenders where payment is linked with the release of a certificate.
• Divulge any confidential information about the Food Establishment to any party except QCI or FSSAI.
